Many extended health insurance plans cover counselling services. If your plan is eligible, we’ll bill your provider directly. If not, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.
Yes — we provide direct billing for most major insurance companies. This means you don’t have to pay out-of-pocket and wait for reimbursement. We take care of the paperwork so you can focus fully on your healing.
Yes, I offer limited sliding-scale options for clients who may need financial flexibility. Islam places great emphasis on ease and removing hardship, and we strive to reflect this in our work.
I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

The length of therapy depends on your goals. Some clients need just a few sessions to gain clarity, while others benefit from ongoing support. Like growth in īmān, therapy is a journey — we walk beside you at a pace that feels right

Therapy is not a crisis service. If you are ever in immediate danger, please call 911 (or your local emergency number). For spiritual grounding, we may also recommend Islamic practices like duʿāʾ and dhikr alongside professional support.
